ZebraWeb Memos (Add, Edit, Delete)

Zebra Memos are a way for the admins of a portal to send communication out to all the members within their portal. Memos can be sent to specific user types, certain classifications, specific leagues, etc.

  1. To view these memos, login to ZebraWeb and enter into your specific association that has sent a memo

  1. Click on ZebraWeb Assigning

  1. When on the dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. The system will list all memos starting with the newest to the oldest. Clicking on the hyperlinked subject of the memo will open that specific memo to view. This is also how you can view memos that you yourself sent out to your group
     

 

Adding A Memo:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page where the memos are listed
  1. Click on
  1. A slide-out will appear from the left where you can post the subject and select who you want this memo to go out to.
  1. At the bottom of the slide-out you will be able to add an attachment and type in the content of the memo.
  1. Once the memo contents are added, you can hit at the bottom of the slide-out.

 

Editing A Memo:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page where the memos are listed
  1. Click on the right-hand side of the memo
  1. In the dropdown that appears, hit Edit.
  1. A slide out will appear from the right-hand side, edit whatever you would like to on that memo

  1. Once completed editing it, click “Update Memo” at the bottom of the slideout
