Adding Blocks for an Official

  1. Click on in the black navigation bar 
     
  1. This will bring you to your own availability screen, to view an official’s availability calendar, click on your name in the dropdown at the top right and then select the official you need to add a block for
     
     
  1. On the right-hand side of the calendar is the add blocks section 
     
  1. You can select a day or date range by hitting on the dropdown 
     
     
  1. If you chose Day, you could then enter in the date that you need to block to the right of the day dropdown 
     
     
  1. If you chose date range, you would need to enter the start and end dates of the block and then chose the days of the week within that range that you would like to block.  If s specific day of the week it toggled on, it would be yellow 
     
     
  1. From there, you will need to select whether it is a Full Day Block or Partial Day Block, enter in a reason for the block, and select your association.  If you attempt to block or unblock another association for an official, you will receive an error message
     
     
  1. When completed, hit
