Filtering Your Schedule

ZebraWeb Mobile allows you to filter your schedule in both Month View and Week View to quickly locate specific games and events.

To filter your schedule:

  1. Open the ZebraWeb Mobile App.

    * If your app opens to another page, navigate to the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation to view your schedule.

  2. Tap the Filter icon (funnel) in the top-right corner of the Schedule screen.

  3. Select the filter options you want to apply, such as assignment types, game statuses, blocks, associations, or other available criteria.

  4. Your schedule will update to show only the events that match your selections.

To clear or reset filters:

  • Return to the Filter menu and deselect any selected options, or

  • Tap Reset Filters to restore your default schedule view.

 

 

Accepting or Declining Games

ZebraWeb Mobile clearly highlights any assignments that require your response.

To accept or decline a game:

  1. Open the ZebraWeb Mobile App.

  2. Games that need action will appear with a yellow notification bubble on your dashboard.

  3. Tap any game showing this yellow bubble to open the assignment details.

  4. Choose Accept (✔️) or Decline (✖️) to respond to the assignment.

    • You can also tap the ✔️ or ✖️ icons directly from the dashboard, when available.

 

Once you make your selection, the assignment will update immediately. A blue bubble will replace the yellow bubble on any accepted assignments.

 

Viewing Game and Event Details

To view full game or event details:

  1. Open the ZebraWeb Mobile App.

         *  If your app opens to another page, navigate to the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation to view your schedule.

  1. Use Week View or Month View, then select the date of the game.

  2. Tap any blue game entry to open the full game/event details screen.

In the details view, you can see all information related to the assignment, including location and venue details, contacts, crew information, payment amounts, and game reports, and any additional notes associated with the event.

 

Managing Availability and Adding Blocks

To add or update your availability in ZebraWeb Mobile:

  1. Open the ZebraWeb Mobile App.

          *  If your app opens to another page, navigate to the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation to view your schedule.

  1. Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner to open the Add Block screen.

  2. Enter the date and time, and choose whether the block is all day, partial, or recurring.

  3. Select the associations the block should apply to and choose a reason for the block.

  4. Tap Save to add the block to your availability.

 

Submitting Game Reports and Evaluations

To submit a game report or coach evaluation in ZebraWeb Mobile:

  1. Open the ZebraWeb Mobile App.

         *  If your app opens to another page, navigate to the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation to view your schedule.

  1. Select the game you want to submit a report for.
    Game reports typically apply to past games. Incomplete reports are marked with a red indicator, and completed reports show a green indicator.

  2. While viewing the Game Details, tap Enter Game Report or Enter Evaluation, depending on what is required.

  3. Fill out all required fields on the report or evaluation screen.

  4. Tap Save & Submit to complete the process.

Please note: Game report formats may vary depending on the association, client, or portal. While the appearance may differ, the process for completing and submitting reports remains the same.
