Block Availability Calendar – Dates and Times

This guide explains how Officials can use the Availability – Date/Time Blocks screen to block dates and times they are unavailable.

1. Navigate to Availability

  1. Sign in to your ZebraWeb Officials account at www.ZebraWeb.com.

  2. If you belong to more than one association, select the association you want to manage.

  3. If prompted, choose the Assigning Module.

  4. Select the Association tab.

    • You will be directed to the Availability – Date/Time Blocks page.

 

2. Blocking & Removing Availability

Each block follows the same process: choose an action → select dates/times → choose associations → provide reason (if required).

A. Full Day Block

Use Full Day Block for days when you are completely unavailable.

  1. Select Full Day Block.

  2. On the calendar:

    • Click a single date, or Select a date range covering multiple days.

  3. In the bottom-right corner, toggle on the associations this block should apply to, and enter a reason for the block (required).

    • Examples: Work conflict, travel, family commitment, holiday.

B. Partial Day Block

Use Partial Day Block when you are unavailable only during specific hours.

  1. Select Partial Day Block.

  2. On the calendar:

    • Select a single date, or Select a date range if the same hours apply across multiple days.

  3. Enter the Start Time and End Time of the unavailable window.

  4. In the bottom-right corner, toggle on the associations this block should apply to, and enter a reason for the block (required).

C. Remove Block

Use Remove Block to delete blocks you previously created.

  1. Select Remove Block.

  2. Click a single date, or select a date range to remove all blocks in that period.

  3. In the bottom-right corner, toggle on the associations you want to remove blocks from.

    • No reason is required when removing a block.

D. Secondary Removal Method (Click-to-Delete)

You can also remove an individual block directly from the calendar without selecting Remove Block.

  1. Locate the existing block on the calendar.

  2. Click the block to open its details.

  3. Select Remove Block within the block details window.

  4. Confirm removal if prompted.

    • This method is useful when removing a single specific block rather than a full date range.

E. Editing an Existing Block

Use Edit Block when you need to adjust the date, time, associations, or reason for a block you previously created.

  1. Locate the existing block on the Availability – Date/Time Blocks calendar.

  2. Click the block you want to open, then select Edit.

  3. Update the block information as needed:

    • Change the date or date range

    • Adjust the Start Time / End Time (if it is a Partial Day Block)

    • Modify the reason

    • Toggle on/off the associations the block should apply to

  4. Review your changes, then Click Save.

Editing a block immediately updates your availability for all selected associations.
